User Agreement You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account with us, there are no exceptions to this rule. Parents are solely responsible for the use and supervision of minor children. WV Access reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service, if your actions threaten the integrity or continued operation of our network. No Adult Material...may be stored or placed on WV Access internal network. Any and all activity which involves Child Pornography of any kind, shall be documented and reported to the proper authorities for prosecution under applicable statues of the law. Any and all request for information regarding the location or other aspects of any WV Access user, by authorized legal or law enforcement agencies...will be honored without due haste. WV Access Internet Service nor it's Information Providers are responsible for any damages arising from user's use of wvaccess.net or by user's inability to use our service. We will make access available to you on a best effort basis, service outages do occur, in which we have no control over. wvaccess.net is provided on an "as is, as available" basis "no warranties are expressed or implied" This no warranties expressed, includes any reimbursements for loss of income due to disruptions of you Internet connection. WV Access reserves the right to deny and or cancel any wvaccess.net account at their own discretion, at any time for any reason. Billing Policy You will receive your monthly statement via E-mail at your new wvaccess.net address. If you prefer to receive your billing statements by US Mail or at another e-mail address, please submit a request to our service department at: service@wvaccess.net All new accounts opened, will have 5 business days to submit their payment to our office. Accounts not credited by that time will be shut off & a $5 reconnect fee may apply, before it is reactivated. All wvaccess.net accounts are due for payment on or by the 1st. of each month. Our billing cycle runs from the 1st of each month to the 1st., accounts opened in the middle of the month will be probated. Payment Options - In order to keep our monthly rates low, we do not accept credit card payments, Personal checks / money orders & E-checks only (never send cash through the mail) All checks and or drafts returned to WV Access for non-payment, will be charged an additional $20 fee. Customer agrees to pay all collection fees incurred on delinquent accounts. A $5.00 reconnection fee may be required along with the payment for the current month before the account is reactivated.
