WV Access Internet Service support is limited to the download and set-up of our Connection Software. We do not service or maintenance computers, nor can we advise you on problems not related to the use of our software. If you are having trouble with your computer or other software programs, you should contact the manufactor of the computer or the appropriate software vendor.

E-mail support is available 24/7... we monitor our service department inquires and respond as soon as possible. We prefer our customers to use this method of support, when ever possible and this is often the fastest way to get support during off work hours. Direct technical support is available during normal business hours which are Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We do call in for messages during off hours & respond to those messages that pertain to trouble with our service.
